Refund policy

To receive a refund please return goods within 30 day so receipt, in the same condition you received it, unused. Include your order number. Return it to:

Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for: Swimming costumes and bikinis; items in the sale; products by Sunzapper; and any Precision Hydration products. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Where possible please use original packaging to return your item, to reduce waste. 

Please include your name, email and phone number and order number. Upon receipt of the returned item we shall inspect it and if fit for resale as new we will process the refund as quicky as possible.  

Exchange 

If you wish to exchange the item for a different size please email us in advance, including the order number, item you wish to return and the item (include size and colour) you wish to receive.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send an email and attach a photo if possible. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
