Poor Quality

Lasted 1 week. Velcro internal seal has come off and the cord the cord is almost worn thrpugh on both sides. Very disappointing will go back to the case I have been using for over a year.

Hi Katie, I am SO sorry! Thanks for your feedback. I've sent a full refund and also sent you a new phone case - please will you trial it for us? It's the new generation. I realise the one we sent was a grey one from old stock that isn't made anymore and should have been taken out of circulation. Entirely my mistake so please accept our apologies!
