Advice: we love these, on and off the water! Multi-functional, love the phone pocket, super warm, well fitted. If you are after something just for paddling, in cold water I'd rather reach for my 1.5mm or 3mm GBS. But for the odd paddle, hiking, slow run, cold gyms, yard work - LOVE these.
